Wall Slide Doors: Both a Wall and a Door

Can doors take the place of walls? When it comes to make and material, the two are, quite obviously, very different. But function-wise, doors can stand in just fine for walls, and even do a better job at times. Wall slide doors are a type of door made specifically for this purpose.

Not quite a wall, not quite a door. A cross between walls and doors, wall-type sliding doors primarily seek to perform a function usually relegated to walls — to demarcate and assign space within a house or any built structure. They pose an added advantage, though. Apart from dividing an otherwise open space into rooms and/or closets, these doors can also serve as entry and exit points between these said.

Because this type of door must be installed into a wall, a run of the mill design will not work. The Sliding Door Company allows homeowners to customize the look of their wall slide doors in such a way that it will seamlessly fit in with the interiors of their house.
